If you haven't already make sure you fill out a W-9 tax form and e-mail it to affiliate@jtyds.com. We will not be able to pay you unless this form has been filled out and sent to us. All payments will be issued by the first Friday of each month. Your affiliate balance must be at least $50.00 for you to receive a payout.
