Returns Policy

Jewelry to Your Doorstep will gladly accept jewelry purchased from our website for return in the U.S. if returned in saleable condition within 30 days, accompanied by a sales receipt.

If items are returned after 30 days, there will be a restocking fee of 15% of the charged price of the items if the return is approved.

A refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase. Any Rewards Points that were earned from the purchase of the item(s) being returned will be removed from your account. Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable Rewards Points credit. 

To return jewelry, please send the item to our Customer Care Center and include your name, address, phone number, email, and Order #. Send the item in a small box. Do not use an envelope.

Most returns are processed within ten days of receipt. We will send you an email confirming that your return has been processed. Jewelry purchased through other retailers are subject to that retailer's return/exchange policies and they should be contacted directly.
