Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Where can I buy your jewelry?
A: You can purchase our jewelry online at www.jewelrytoyourdoorstep.com

Q: How should I clean my silver jewelry?
A: Silver naturally oxidizes when exposed to air. The best way to slow down oxidation is to keep your jewelry in a plastic bag. Most silver jewelry is easily cleaned with a polishing cloth. For heavily tarnished silver surfaces (not on stones) use baking soda toothpaste and a soft toothbrush to clean the silver and rinse thoroughly. Dry with a soft cloth then use a polishing cloth. If you don't have polishing cloth you can request one at info@jtyds.com
