Q: How should I clean my silver jewelry?
A: Silver naturally oxidizes when exposed to air. The best way to slow down oxidation is to keep your jewelry in a plastic bag. Most silver jewelry is easily cleaned with a polishing cloth.

Q: My jewelry needs repair. What should I do?
A: To have your jewelry repaired, please refer to the Jewelry Repair Request section of our website. 

Q: Do you make custom pieces?
A: Requests for custom pieces will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please address queries to info@jtyds.com

Q: If I'm interested in a particular piece, what can I do?
A: Send us a message using our contact page and we'll let you know what we can do!  Please include as much information about the piece as you can.

Q: I lost a beloved piece. Can it be replaced?
A: Please let us know the details of the piece you need replaced by using our contact page.
